Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Operations & CRM

·Own and maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline tracking
·Classify, clean, and manage lead data
·Monitor follow-up schedules and ensure discipline across pipeline stages
·Generate weekly sales performance reports

2. Lead Research & Qualification

·Research AI companies, enterprises, and data-driven businesses
·Identify decision-makers and validate potential fit
·Categorize and prioritize leads based on defined ICP criteria
·Update AI trends and terms

3. Campaign Execution

·Prepare and send outbound email campaigns
·Track open/reply/conversion metrics
·Execute structured follow-up cadence

4. Pre-sales Support

·Prepare draft proposals and company profiles based on templates
·Summarize client requirements and meeting notes
·Conduct industry and competitor research

5. Others

·Support Business Development Manager on personal branding
·Create social media blog/post
·Build sales materials: sales kit/ case studies/…
